For Gods sake someone run out and by the Biggest Goose they can find...after that we can send Tiny Tim to an NHS hospital so he can have his Gammy Leg Straightened (or at least put on the waiting list) and give Bob Cratchett a £150,000 Per annum salary, 11 weeks annual leave and a gold plated pension as we elevate him to Executive Financial resources and Equality Officer. Responsible for:

Reporting to the Strategic Manager: Equality & Participation, the postholder will promote and embed the County Council's Equality Scheme within Children's Services; whilst ensuring Directorate equality objectives are met. You will take a lead role in monitoring service performance against the Equality Standard for Local Government and project manage Directorate-wide initiatives to embed equality and diversity. The postholder will be based in council never never land.


There..now I feel all Fluffy inside to..

Good job Tiny Tim didnt live in Haringay, where child welfare comes a very poor way down the table even though now they have increased the salary of the head of child services to £200,000 a year

Uhh Huh... A strange Nulab Logic that Dictates if you Double the the wage for the Job the Job the itself will get done twice as well......

My Logic however would be to give the new Head Honcho Minimum Wages and give them a wee Bonus everytime a child is rescued from abuse...then if any child suffers deduct one of their wee bonuses.

now im sure that would Focus their Minds on getting results, Money talks even if they have little real interest in the child suffering they are trying to eradicate...

Oh well I'm all over being fluffy now, that has to be one of the quickest decisions I've ever witnessed especially over something so important. Me thinks all that was needed here was confimation that a right decision had been made perhaps.
