I wonder if anyone has used any of the HSE advice in a court case?????,
or in there defence for not taking a wheelchair

as HMG started all this, and inflicted the DISDIS act on everyone, its about time they sorted the H&S aspect and risk assesments per job....this could be fun...

Not sure...the scottish lads got the HSE involved and once posted it on here.....it was quite good and I'm surprised you cant remember it.

Does everyone know why taxis exist. The primary aim of a Taxi driver is.........? is it to provide wheelchair users with transport occasionally? :twisted:
