I'm not certain how clearer to make it.

In London we have two new driver representative groups, neither of which seems to offer the protection or negotiating capabilities of the established three.

As I said, some folks talk a good job, but the excuses are never ending when it comes to delivering their goods.

I think with time things may be different but then I wouldn't know cos it's London and things are slightly different there for some reason. I only know of one new rep group and they appear to do fine for the train drivers perhaps once they get to grips with taxis they'll do ok providing they don't do too much damage in the meantime

We made it clear that if the other association, did what was right we would work with them, selly did not he say's he got 70 members may be right may be wrong cant say. cant stop them calling them self's PHCA but now this is inportent my members not me my members say i much not work with them.

and we got 150 members signed up out of the 186 cab's in preston, and i do deliver the goods time and time again.

i have now 7 assocication in the NW, i signed a new one up Friday 22/05/09 with 25 members and i am not going to stop so can you see why the nta who dont deal with local issues may be upset they dont want me as a member its not about what they say its about, this is what i think the chairman of the nta is the director of region 5 & 6 some years ago we ogether with manchester TOA removed him as director. what if i had stood for director i may have got it.

i think that is why and the amont of association taken by (7) in region 5 up to date. now i do the same as them but i am free and local issues

can i do it yes
can i spell ??????? or is it a front
Do i do all i say yes
parking yes
attend all council meetings yes
CIC YES FREE
Though our solicitors we £250 for referral fee for personal inurys
replacemnt plated vehicl.
our solicitor will attend the drivers home to take insurctions

free interview with the solicitor
we will recover lost fairs (runners) if we can find address
we will recover cost of damige to vehicls
we deal with complaints by driver
we will reposent drivers a licneing panel

Nope, I mean another clown who spends every working minute making up stories about the LTDA, but does fook all about anything himself.

Actualy, I should say two clowns, one of whom suffers from road rage.

For a great many Years council licensing departments have run rings around the hackney and private trades, especially at licensing committees. representatives who think that all they have to do is go before the committee and bang their fists on the table and abuse the Councillors spouting rubbish have got the trades in the position they are today.
representatives need to be professional and know Council's rules and regulations off by heart...... sadly there are only a few....
