We have a wode variation in our district my surgery charges about £43 but up the road charge £120 the difference being my surgery recognises it as a "partial medical" to quote my doctor whereas up the road charge for a full medical which does take more than 15 minutes but only do the partial medical which is required for your badge

If you're not a member you have no right suggesting what they should or should not do. You can of course ask if they do this or that but you can't tell them to do it. If you were a paid up member then you would have a right to be heard. It's a classic case of 'put up or shut up' I'm afraid
