I finally found him, his 1969 black cab is not on the road yet but is getting there, we went to his house and the cab office, both very good and enjoyable, he was very hospitable and we are meeting again tomorrow for a bite to eat.

I think it needs more than Mr T, he still has not had it running as he has been welding up a stainless steel exhaust, and getting other bits sorted, he is confident however that it will be a runner even though it has been parked on a film lot for 12 years, he deserves it, he has not had the best luck in the world but is a really nice guy.
