One of our regular customers used a different taxi firm yesterday evening ( They are the sort that if you can't do them an immediate taxi will phone elsewhere) Now they are a nice enough couple but she is disabled needing a stick and quite slow getting in and out of vehicles but the driver for the cab firm they called wasn't prepared to wait till they were in the car and set off with the doors still open and slammed the open door into a lamp post
Luckily the passengers were not hurt but decided not to go any further with this driver ! I wonder if the driver or the firm concerned will report this to the council hopefully the repair bill will teach him to be a little less ramheaded
