I just don't believe some parents. We have snow everywhere. I went to pick up the kids for one of the runs and some of the roads needed extreme care. This meant that we were running a bit late. One parent rang me and gave me a right mouthful saying that the transport didn't arrive. I tried to tell her that due to the adverse weather things were running late but she wasn't having any of it. She said that it was our duty to ring parents and let them know what is happening. I tried to tell her that we transport nearly 100 students and that it would be impossible to ring them all and keep them informed about every vehicle but you waste your breath.

I am so glad we don't have customers that harsh, our waiting time went from normal 15 minutes to 2 hours in the snow, but silly as it sounds our customers understood that.
