Taxi Driver Online

Last night we had a fare booked from a well known local hotel (6 passengers) at 11 pm the car that was supposed to be doing it had picked up a rank job making him late so I popped down and got there a couple of minutes late but customers had not come out. this hotel has a particularly dodgy bloke "on retainer" and he and his wife and brother were camped outside waiting for the hotel to send customers out to them after ten minutes a party which looked very much like my customers emerged and were directed by hotel staff towards two of these vehicles and I overheard them asking the drivers are you for ketton (the destination of my passengers) the cars then disappeared off in that direction. So i went up to the dirtbag and asked him if they were my customers because if they were I had other fares waiting he refused to tell me and I then lost my temper with him the hotel staff then intervened and pretended to go and look for my customers but i saw them retreat to safe distance and just chat amongst themselves. This really annoyed me so I wasted 20 minutes on a no fare and was so wound up after a long day that I couldn't sleep.

I want to go after this hotel and the dirtbag that they use but in a legal way any suggestions

KARMA MAN!.....your better that the dirtbag. Personally id only take return bookings (there and back) and state clearly you want paying when you take them to the venue, if they get in the wrong car to go home it will cost them....

No Point In Alienating the Hotel further, It already sounds like a lost cause anyway.

I think Id focus more on self promoting yourself and your Business to other local hotels and try and Put this hotel on your "Don't go there" list of Recommendations to your Customers. or at least recommend some other Hotel to your clients first.

Tell environmental health that you saw a mouse in the restaurant.

Edders I know you would like to chin this [edited by admin] but thats not a good idea however full marks to grandad hes got a good idea there but me id take it further take a look at the fire exits thats normally productive their often obstructed or even locked !!! really youd be amazed a few cockroaches in the kitchen might be helpful and most hotel kitchens are filthy a call to environmental Health can be made anonymously [you work there and are fearful of retribution !]
