Yes, I guess every job will get repetetive.

I've done some multi-drop and drove for a hire car company for a few years, changed to plastering... now I want to drive again.

Stare at a pink wall for too long and it kind of makes your eyes go funny
Walls and ceilings aren't very interesting! From experience, I know I'd be happier behind the wheel!

I been looking at the knowledge for the last hour and, wow, that is going to be a challenge! If you fail, can you re-take.?.. is there a maximum amount of re-takes?

That's a lot of learning!

I agree, 9 till 5 this isn't a bad job, even if you don't take so much money.

But if you want to earn decent money, then you will have to work many hours other than 9 till 5.

That seperates the men from the boys.

Tell you what Dundee, learn how to plaster to a pro standard, set up your business, do the marketing, plaster walls and ceilings for five years.... if after that, you still think its greener, I'll shake your hand and buy you a pint because you'd be a better man than me

If a customer asked me to dry-line and skim a room in their new extension, then decided to get funny (threaten you) and not pay... how much time and money is lost? 3-4 days and £1300 minus mat.

If a customer asked you to drive you from one station to the next and decided to get funny (threaten you) and not pay... how much time and money is lost? 10-15mins and what? £7? :-|

The grass isn't always greener, that's why I'm still looking! Dont' take that the wrong way, I'm just trying to make a point.
