He's in the process of taking them to the high court after he won and secured a CCJ against them for £6,700 plus costs of £2,100 but like Fowlers they didn't pay him. He's sending in the High Court Bailiffs which cost him £45 I think and they add their charges on top.
Avoid avoid avoid, they're a bad bunch and only the people who are on their backsides credit wise use them.
Have you watche "Here come the Sherrif's" (they arent baillifs) about High Court debt collectors?
