i was sent to pick someone up in a wheelchair the other week and refused to push the punter up the ramp because he was BIG!
i got made out to be a right so and so but told them politely that there was no way i could manage to push them up the ramp and get them out safely at the other end!
i have every sympathy for anyone in a wheelchair but if i think i will do myself an injury then i will not do the fare!
whats your views??

I totally agree, your back comes first.

There is so much health and safety rules and regulation about, so surely at least one of them must apply to us. :?
