Money is no object when it comes to moving children, if they refuse to do it the parents take them to court, the court sides with the parent and the school run is reinstated.

Oh yeah it happens, round here we have a place called Portland Training Collage, the Queen is the patron, it's a residence collage where they can only stay for three years. When their three years are up they take the Council to court so they can get another three years.
It's a cracking place and known world wide, it costs around £4,000 a week to go there. On site there's a hydrotherapy pool, Physio's, Doctors, Nurses and teachers. It's like a five start hotel.
