i only did till 5pm when the base op changed over my fking work stopped.....

id moan but no-one would listen

Congrats man.
I bl...dy hate feeding. I fell out with my previous Op over it. I went from doing 30 jobs a day to 2-3 and watching the new company driver gleefully take it all. That's why I display all the jobs to my drivers. It only let's you take the job if you are close to it, next on the line or dispatch has assigned it to you. We are a small operation, but I stand for transparency no matter what.

I can't stand "Secret Ballots"

despatch systems are the feeders new mate, at least with radios (before mobile phones) everyone heard the jobs go out or heard "67 pop in the office please", other than that only the base budgies got fed, now a base op can fiddle/tune/tweak and feed and no-one knows
