so am i wrong?

explain just WHY im governed by 1 LA but can be working out of it a lot?

IN FACT, Mon-Friday i do 500 miles and none of its in my own LA

it must be the last example of the old parish working system!

our buses are not under local district government control, what are PH and hacks?
