No.

You appeal it, and when they reject it you appeal to POPLA which will cost them about £30.

Go to Pepipo or Money Saving sites and read up on what to do.

I overstayed my welcome

158 minutes, only 90 free

my fault, i had a dump AND a meal....

seems a MET appeal 1st (always gets denied) then a POOPLA appeal......
