no numbers as letters or the other way round
just HI CAB

I wonder if you could ask him if he wishes to sell it. :D

Just to see the faces of my good friends in their mobile bowler hats, looking at my new number plate, would make any price well worth it. :D

Good idea clown, then you won't be issued with your twice a year MOT beacause you are using the word 'cab'.

Give your brain cell a rest so the other one can recover.

Some more good taxi plates

T3 HAX - £245 - For anyone with 3 hacks
W77 DAC - £394 - What’s your Dial A Cab call sign?
RO55 CAB - £1,999 - Your name on a plate
R4 NKS - £2,635 - The best plate on the rank
FA54 CAB - £494 - Is yours a FAST CAB?
LA54 JOB - £494 - Your LAST JOB of the day?
CAB 8Y - £8,995 - For the wealthy cabbie

Other plates that might look good

F14 GME - Arranged F14G ME
E7 CAB - Not one for London… YET
TAX 15 - £12,595 - Perhaps a bit TOO expensive
TXI 112 - Arranged TXI1 17 - This would be an Irish plate

More plates available from newreg.com

Whatever our personal views on personalised plates(!), I think anyone thinking of buying one should consider their position very carefully if it's necessary to doctor the plates to make it 'read' the desired name, message, or whatever. After all, police or your LA could come along and tell you to make it legal, in which case you could end up with an expensive piece of plastic that's just a number plate and reads nothing in particular.
