the thing about this that baffles me tbh , is the daft knacker called another taxi for the carry on fare to TRY! & save some coppers, we charge 10p per min waiting time , so if he went in the house for 10 mins it would clock up a quid, but instead he paid me up, ordered another taxi for the follow on & the flag is £1.50, so it actually cost him more the thick t***

I thought it was Council regs to have the meter at eye level so the customer could see it?

I tell them its £1 a minute waiting time. Soon makes em move. No way would i wait around for 10 mins for a quid!

tbf, it clocks up 10p per min itself, if you hit f2 it goes up another 20 or f5 another 50
