discussed this with a customer the other morning and as he pointed out this is what the politicians would do

Send one m+m each to 100000 jobless and blame the 10 deaths on suicide/natural causes then bury the information that he/she knew for 50 years and have MI5 make sure all was covered up. If you offered a choice like that a politician they would AVOID taking the decision themselves
