Does the taxi office you work for have any rules?

If so, what are they?

Rules can be anything from paying your settle on time to turning up for your shift clean and tidy and on time.

If your office does have rules do the drivers and receptionists obey them and how do you penalise them if they break the rules?

rule one is to be bonking one of the girls on the phones.
the uglier the bird the better the work.
rule two is to rank up by the back door.
because thats where all the good work goes to.
rule three is to stick your head up the bosses arse.
then you will get good account work.
rule four is to let everyone get away with it.
that one is adhered to by all the gooby ones.
talk talk talk but no do do do.

apart from the dont upset the punters and you might from time to time earn a living.

Yep. Get up when I want.
Go in to work when I want.
Work as long as I want.
If I upset the boss, I go to the nearest mirror and appologise.

Or, as is the case with the London firms, buy a computer system for millions, get into money trouble, then sell out to the foreigners.

As the owners of the biggest cab firm in the country say, TAXEEEEE TAXEEEEE.
