good point , although i might think ( just a example ) you charge £20 to the local airport & a new firm starts up & is £15 to the airport, well you would see who your friends are , i know what you are saying though , i used to start at 6 in the morning ( on p/h) taking the same punters to work every day, it was like having a routine , (one woman, who was a punter , actually came to my house with her dog so i could give her advice) "right , go in now & get so & so, then old harry , then mary etc .. was like having a proper job , same punters, same routine, first name terms , another company started up, was cheaper & they went in a heartbeat

They probably all knew you didn't give a s*** so wouldn't be bothered that they went elsewhere
