Yes it does. It is also on the traffic orders. The whole of the city centre is a no go area for saloon taxis (hackney carriages) and private hire vehicles.[/quote]

those signs have been worded that way for about 10 years but I would question the statement the whole of the city centre there are some roads cars are allowed down but only some
