just been to a corner shop out my area, small Pakistani shop, my lass went in while i had the bus running ( car is fooked  ) 4 cans, milk & he charged her for the carrier bag 5p, now as i understand these people don't need to charge for bags, so i finished my cig, went in , put about 16 cans on the counter, bought 60 cigs & said you got any bags, the bloke said yes 5p each, i just walked out , he was shouting you can have free, you can have free  enlighten me on the law then lads  i was on the understanding it was only supermarkets that charged due to the size( sq foot) & it went to charity & these corner shops cant charge ??
