It is our last day of being insured with Enterprise today. My lad was coming home on the school run and the road he was on goes from 2 lanes into one. He is in the left lane and a car decides to go past him just at the point where the road narrows. My lad is just checking his mirrors when the cars auto brake alarm goes off. The car that was going past suddenly realised that there was no where for him to go because of the queuing traffic and stopped. The auto braking almost stopped the car in time. Fortunately, the cars only just touched and the only damage is a crack in the Toyota badge.

Yep, my first thought was that it was a crash set up. If it wasn't for the auto brakes it could have been a large claim going in to Enterprise and I would not have liked to predict how long that would take. The other car was not damaged at all fortunately.

just fingers crossed the 3rd party claim gets paid......, it will have to report it, then the vultures see the info and ring them

There are no claims being made. The other driver appologised for his error in judgement and as there was only a cracked Toyota badge to show it has been left at that.
