Friday night I picked up as booked, i was 5 mins early and me and the car were washed and smelling nice, went the best route, dropped off where as agreed.


return was requested for 23.30hrs

then later changed to 00.00hrs .......no problem

after I set off a text came "make it 00.15hrs please"...........no problem

arrived 00.15 and sat waiting till 00.30.........ok lets go

dropped them straight back, T2 meter £19, gave me a £20 and said keep the change.....



Heres the best bit, they left me a feedback rating on the booking site





8/10? 80%

How would I get 100%?

I even waited with my headlamps on while they walked 50yds to thier Bentley continental.....

It wasnt so much the tip that narked me... (id had T2 both ways )

It was a big money bash, there was a Bentayga outside the venue, I thought that was a Villa footballer...
