Anyone spot the problem?

Good Afternoon
I am writing to you today to request a copy of your Taxi Operators licence. This can either be sent to us electronically, hand delivered to Main reception marked for my attention or via post, please ensure you do not send original documents as these may not be returned to you.
We require this information to be supplied to us by 5pm 30th April 2018. Please ensure all emails are returned to Safer.Travel@xxxxx.gov.uk
