Datamaster have now sorted out the link via a SIP trunk which costs us £4.00 per month so now all calls into the office are free. We still have to pay a small amount for call diverts to the drivers when the office is not manned but this should amount to quite a saving per year on the costs of calls.
Until the internet goes down and you get ZERO calls be careful i have been told by some of our customers that VOIP is not all it is cracked up to be and outages do occur
