why do people (drivers/owners) simply refuse to be compliant with the LA's regs?


wear a badge, stick signs on, bolt plates on...............

Because they get away with it.

If the conditions were enforced properly, then repeat offenders would be asked to f*** off to work in Tesco's.

Lack of enforcement is the cause of all troubles within our industry.
Regulations do not require change only enforcement of present regulations required.

We have a massive new draft document hitting us, it doesnt mention enforcement...lol
