A very good friend, very genuine person, runs a bird sanctuary/rescue

Her facebook has been hacked, email/phone number and password changed

Hacker has sent messages (as her) regarding bank details/donations, etc

Facebook are totally ignoring her requests for help

she has the hackers phone number, obviously its Nigerian

She is a registered charity so this is of major concern

aby ideas what she can do?

she cant even login, hacker has blocked her and her new FB account

Don't engage with the scammers, and contact the police as this is a fraud matter.

The police will then deal with FaceBook.
