Youd think newly built schools expecting 20 or 40 cars/taxis every morning and every afternoon MAY have had provision for the fleet to get in, and out with minimum fuss but the last two ive been doing are quite the opposite, new one needs all vehicles to do a sharp 3 point turn to turn 180 degrees then load the pupils, anything longer than vito will have issues, and the drive is only a car and a half wide, either side of it could be opened up, and extra 3ft of tarmac would make it, literally, passable...

The converted stately home (now school) we go to at least has "circle" where a fountain once stood to go round even if the exit onto a 60mph road is a bit touch/go

Nothing will happen until there is an accident.

Let's all pray it's not a serious one. [-o<

ref the old property, there was an accident, vehicles queuing up to get in the school were backed up down onto the main road, a car went around the que/wrong side of the road, a Tesco van coming down at 60 hit his brakes and a car went into the back of the Tesco van, ambulances/fire brigade/police, road shut...

there was a few days of supervision by school staff then back to how it was

The new school has a 1 car driveway , small car park, crazy when they knew it takes 50 pupil coming in by car, especially as they have the space but no will to improve it, its taxis after all
