Looking for a wee bit of info if possible from any Newcastle cabbies specifically re an apparent f**k up on my part. Just received a PCN for entering ULEZ - Tyne Bridge - whilst transiting Newcastle in an old van. Not only did I not spot the ULEZ sign on the bridge but if there are warning signs on my approach - off A1, down A167/Ponteland Road, that told me of my approach I missed those too. It's these that I'm trying to confirm I missed as the fines enforcement folks haven't been forthcoming re my request for where these are positioned. If they exist no point me appealing as I've missed them completely, if they don't and I wasn't just being an unobservant tw*t then I can chance my mitt with an appeal. If any local likely lads/lasses could help would be much obliged :)

Normally if you appeal within the timescale laid down, the reduced charge should still be available if you lose.

But they will then send you all the locations and info you are looking for if your appeal is based on poor signage.

In addition to that I suggest you google Pepipoo and Money Saving Expert forums, as they are the whizz kids when it comes to parking/driving enforcement.
