Council has now decided I don't qualify for small business rates relief so now I have to pay £220 business rates on my empty house as well as full council tax and it could take several years to get it removed

Slowest baggage handlers on the planet at Heathrow T3.

All the other terminals are fine, but T3 is permanently snail-paced.

if you think thats slow, wait till the new biometric systems start, every passenger must scan thier passport then have a facial scan at a booth......

Isn't that what happens already with the biometric passports? When I put mine on the machine I have to look at the screen and the machine scans my face. What will be different?

no under the new EU system the first time you enter the shengen area you have to do the biometric thing as well as passport control after that it should be simpler

Uk isn't in the shengen area so No idea what wanna is on about !

Amazon prime !

yesterday one of their vans pulled up across my drive a minute later I noticed the driver walking towards my door. I didn't have anything on order but started heading down to the door before I could get there a parcel was launched through my letter box. I picked it up and realised he had the wrong house.

I have a big sign on my wall with the house name and number which he'd ignored. I opened the door and shouted but he continued to his van so I followed and was waving at him as he tried to pull away again he ignored me.

So I ended up having to deliver it for him !
