When ive owed our lad monies or banked on his behalf and had to transfer ive used BACS

following a major falling out he says he "will block his bank" even though i owe him £330 for school runs this week, can he stop a BACS into his account?

Not easily. He may be able to write to the bank and ask them to forbid any payments from xxxxx but, it's a lot of effort and I'm not sure if the bank would be able to comply. It would almost certainly still end up on his account and he would have to instruct that the transaction was reversed.

Can't be done I'm afraid, you need to contact the person who's paying it in i.e (yourself) to stop payments.
