Then you broke licensing laws. You can't "wait" on a taxi rank, you have to be available for immediate hire.

You weren't the one that advised that Scottish woman a few months ago were you ? Almost £25,000 in fines if my memory serves me right.

Appeal it, and follow the good folks advice on Money Saving Expert or Pepipoo.

If the rank has been adopted it's down to the council to enforce.

If not then ask for the signage etc etc.
