other taxi firms diverting their phones to us without telling us because it is one of the busiest nights of the year and they know they boots with rank work

so now I am under siege with stupid gangs of girlies wanting to be taken from one pub to the next cos it's raining !!! and I've got some pretty cheesed off drivers who know they are stuck on little jobs when everyone else is free to pick up the bigger stuff off the ranks

And 3 other firms switched their phones off completely !!!

You need a bit of surge pricing.

Gripe:
When I am stopped with hazard lights on and out of the vehicle, un-secured a wheelchair passenger, fitting the ramp to get the lady out and a bus runs into the back of my cab.

Anti Gripe:
When the cab is in the bus depot and the controller says they will look after it (because I can't shut the back so can't lock it and if i could the window is missing) and get me back on the road ASAP because they checked the bus cameras and.......

Moral, if you have to be hit, be hit by a bus.

Drivers who leave their cars to work in the office.

Their memories fade very quickly, and then object to being called an Uncle Tom.

I think the tariff sheet is dated before the law changed so does that now make the tariff sheet illegal?

I think it might do because it contradicts national law
