Although they are a sh*t company it will mean more people out of work,

Any job losses is not something to celebrate, but this firm has been delaying payment to small taxi firms, and that could effect them terminally.

Also, IMO, they are operating outside of the 1976 act, and for that they deserve to be no-more.

I couldn't agree more, but it's always the good regular people like ourselves who get shafted, and the people who run the shi**y business walk away relatively unscathed.

Welcome to the wonderful world of getting stitched by Ltd companies

and companies house seem unable to do a thing (or dont want to)

i got taken in this manner almost 2 years ago, the wife had to stop me doing something rash, as beheading the bstards was my first thought.

i paid all my trade debts, no supplier (of services) lost out, cant say the same for a few financial institutions but since then i think theyve had far worse to deal with.

it taught me a few valuable lessons..........a bit late though

never again

Thanks for informing us of this latest developement no doubt it requires further investigation and an explanation from virgin why they are using this company who it would appear are a reincarnation of Fraser Eagle.

Fraser Eagle boss has a new firm (From Lancashire Telegraph)

THE former boss of Fraser Eagle is heading up a new firm.

Kevin Dean, who was managing director of the Padiham travel firm when it went into administration last week, is now at the helm of Connect Point UK Ltd.

According to Companies House, the firm was known as Fraser Eagle Business Solutions until its name was changed on February 18.

But this part of the Fraser Eagle business was not taken into administration.Mr Dean is listed as a sole director of the firm.

According to documents from Companies House, Connect Point UK’s registered office is Pendle Court, Shuttleworth Mead Business Park, Padiham – the former home of Fraser Eagle.

But when the Lancashire Telegraph went to Pendle Court the offices were locked up.Fraser Eagle Ltd is now listed as being under the stewardship of Manchester-based Baker Tilly Restructuring and Recovery LLP.

The administrators axed the 120-strong workforce last week and is looking to split the firm up and sell it off.

A spokesman for Baker Tilly also said that, as a normal part of the administration process, a report was being compiled into the actions of directors and would be presented to the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform within the next six months.

He also revealed that it was looking to sell some of Fraser Eagle’s former buildings at Burnley.Mr Dean could not be contacted for comment.
