Well, if fully comp is around 5K that's a hundred bucks a week. And let's face it. He's already gifted them a grand, if he doesn't cough up the extra for FC. #-o

Holy sh*t, a BIG note a week for insurance, Jman316 must be off his chump even contemplating this exercise in futility. #-o #-o #-o #-o

I've got to ask Jman, how many hours do you see yourself working and how much do you think you will be paying out before making a buck for yourself?

Oh and that Vauxhall Zafira does it come with en-suite and Sky TV because I think you'll be moving in? #-o

You'll have to work an awful lot of hours at top rate to even be able to afford a bag of fish'n'chips at the cost of what you'll be paying out. Good luck.

One insurance Solution say they have a recording of me agreeing to Third party insurance. They have offered to send it to me. This was an hour ago. I still havent received it!!!

Its funny because all three quotes received ( I added things to it) had comprehensive on it. And when I received the confirmation I asked the rep who also was perplexed. He said he would then ring the broker!!! WTF?

How did you pay for the deposit? If it was a credit card, do a charge back because they are not supplying what you ordered.

Have just spoken to Trading standards who have confirmed the same. Breach of contract.

They sent the recording to me. 20 mins. I listened to it and at no point is there any mention of Third party insurance. I did start panicking because I thought maybe when they were going through T&Cs i had drifted off and they sneaked it past me but no. The call is genuine with me agreeing to things like legal cover, excess protection etc. Again, no mention of Third Party.

Ive asked them if they thought it was third party, why did all 3 of the quote sheets they provided ( i added legal and excess prot) had the word Comprehensive in plain site.

Furthermore, I also referred them to when I sent an email to the operator enquiring about the mistake who was perplexed and called Collingwood.

All in all a major snafu!!!!

C&*&^ :)
