How can we rely on a company who use pigeons to run their search engine to develop such a vehicle?

Google's driver less cars are now legal on any state road in Nevada and Google have already asked legislators to allow cars to carry passengers under the influence of alcohol.

How long do you guys think it will be before we see the first driver less taxis in Las Vegas given this news and what are the long term implications for taxi drivers and taxi companies in the UK and elsewhere around the world ?

I don't think it'll have much effect on the companies. They'll just have driverless vehicles that people hire and put money in the slot

Someone still has to own the taxi and apply for a licence for the vehicle.

And that someone will still make money.

Talk about two jobs, one earning without working.

I quite like the sound of that.
