I'm all over the place Toots, I work nights, have to be up at 7am to take the kids to school and generally have the worst sleep patterns in the world, as I'm in groundhog day every day until they grow up enough to do for themselves I just find myself awake at any given time of the day or night.

Thankfully the time has come when the above is but a distant memory.

Na, I'm still about, just had one of those weeks where I can't be arsed tbh, too much [edited by admin] going on at work and too many Godboarder's around forums, (not here btw, elsewhere) but it's got me to the stage where I'm clinically cabpressed and don't feel anyone is listening, all got their own agendas etc, I'm thinking it's time to sell the cab and the computer and return to a normal life where I can sit in Doom Towers polishing the automated gun turrets and anti ppl RPG's in readiness for the bill delivering postie.

PMSL you're so funny You could try and give up on the rat race but they will seek out. Unless you do as I did and find a relatively quiet hidey hole with god forsaken lanes to get to it, that tends to put off any visitors

I'm actually at a stage of bloody mindedness tbh, I was looking last night at the lack of local born lads and thinking this is the same as the post offices,news agents and petrol stations, it's a gradual takeover of occupations that will always be required and thus I feel even more stubborn to hold on to mine simply so they can't have the full set, I've been told by a driver from Sheffield there is one English plate holder left up there and he won't sell it to them for that reason.

I think I may get very bitter this evening!

The way I see it is if you actually put the value on the badge holder and not the plate it woud solve a few problems. If it was more dfficult to obtain and keep a badge then there would be fewer people taking it up, but that is only moi little opinion

theres always the costas, "they" havent taken over, pity the UK hasnt adopted Spains model for non-nationals (i.e. no benefits till youve had a PAYE job for a full year, plus you need a "residency" card)
