In the good old days they sorted each other out (i.e. The Krays, etc) now they feed off the public, hoodies, muggers, rapists, vice, drugs....

WHAT.................The Krays were good old boys were they, never harmed a fly and they didn't operate protection rackets or any manner of other activities.

Just because they were not convicted of any other murders does not mean that they were not responsible for any. By this I mean the ones that wouldn't or couldn't pay the protection money, or do you think the Krays just walked away if you didn't pay? :roll:
