I can, she is scum and I suspect she has been brought up in a scum family.

It the genes I'm afraid.

Damn, I was going to call her scum, you beat me to it.

I dont see the logic of the drivers here, why should a person maintain a garden?

I have never maintained mine, indeed I was once asked to mow the lawn and recommended I got it tarmaced by pikys instead, I was never asked again, and the garden is fabulous.

She an obvious candidate for the TV programme 'Life of Grime'.

Perhaps a phone call to the TV company that make that programme with her address might shame her into getting the garden sorted.

Wishful thinking me thinks!!

I'm not asking her to recreate the hanging gardens of Babylon ffs just not throw her worn out crap into the area designed to be a garden so the council has to clear it up. :P

Some people don't deserve houses mate.

Not that many years ago you had to be of good repute and usually working in the area to qualify for a council house..they gave them to decent folk who looked after them and their gardens.

When was this then? Because as far back as I can remember there have always been some "bad" familys in council houses. I was brought up on a council estate and although most familys were OK there were some who you did not want to be associated with and when they got too bad there was a small row of houses that were in the middle of nowhere and that is where they were put.

Must have been different down there in Grandadland....up here it used to be semi Professionals that got a council house... the rare few trouble makers were stuck in a few semi derelict houses dubbed the "Wife Beaters hooses"....and back then if you got behind with your rent...even by 3 weeks they stuck your name on the notice board of the rent office..

ahhhhhhhhhhhh...Happy days
