How long was this TTF2 in existance and who ran it? and the same for TTF1?

I think TTF1 ran for about 2 years, but the lad who founded it fell out with the other lad who joined up with him.

Then the Plank and the Angel started TTF2, and they were going to set the world alight with informed taxi chat. About 6 months later the Angel left, and a few months later the Plank must have got bored talking to himself, and it closed.

The lad who started TTF1, then started TTF3, but that didn't last too long. Which is a shame, cos he isn't a bad lad.

If that's all you've got to post about then it's hardly surprising that you find it BORING on here.

But perhaps you can't even be bothered reading the posts (so perhaps that's why you find the forum BORING?) because if you did you would realise that Nidge has been released from the sin bin, and thus is free to post.

But perhaps he isn't posting because now that he's free to do so he can't be portrayed as the martyr anymore, accept of course by people like yourself who don't read the posts and only come on here to cause trouble.

Yes, there are boring things on here Mr CC, but you are an exemplar of that :D

By the way, has anyone found a YAWN smilie, because I think most of the posts on here could be quite simply answered with that :badgrin:

Yes, you would just LOVE that GA.

Please remember that the forum is just an add-on to the site, the main focus of TDO is the front page, and the readership of the forum is only a fraction of that on the frontpage.

So if the forum went most people would probably hardly notice, it would save us time and money, and we could reactivate the frontpage with a bit of news again.

So we could well end up loving that as well, every clould has a silver lining :lol:

OK, Alex doesn't seem to be around tonight, so any more abusive posts will be deleted by me in his absence, and it won't just be the abusive words it'll be the whole post, which would be a real waste of everyone's time.

Please show a little respect, and if people just want to cause trouble then please go and start your own forum and do it there.

Well why don't you get in touch with him and ask why he's not posting?

But you won't, because now he's allowed to post then it gets rid of your excuse to cause trouble.

BTW, why can't some of you be like Captain Cab?

I've disagreed with him on a lot of things, but we just debate the issues, we don't throw abuse at each other.

GBC is quite good in this regard as well, as are a few others.
