Another one Pops is when it's say £3.50 and they say givya £3 mate, I say......nah, how about we round it up to £4, goes down like a lead balloon with em.

My mate did a beaut the other night, got picked up by a PH who wanted £8 for a £4 ride, told him he was a cabby and his uncle owns the company, it then went just give me £4 and my mate said.....tell ya wot, you just tried to bump me for £4 so yer getting nothing now on yer way and I will be seeing my uncle about you, not really his uncle but the effect was magnificent to say the least.

My usual reply is "Free? no, but I am reasonably cheap".

When they ask me how much it is...................I nearly always say! give me 50 quid and I will bring the change back tomorrow...it is the puzzled/frowned look as they get in!!! and then the penny drops.............and smiles.

Or....................how much is it drive?................Me...It is that cheap I am practically giving you money back!! are you getting in,or what?..............they get in.
