I can put my hands up high and clearly visible and say...

- All my controllers are fair
- I currently do not have any owner drivers, all drivers who work for me are happy with what they earn
- No one complains about the money they take
- No one bitches in front of me or my staff about others taking more money.

I've trained these drivers well but like every driver, they get greedier by the week.

one of my drivers previous to last week he took home £630, last week he only took home £510 and he was all stroppy with me and controllers.. guess what he was a new guy didnt know how it worked in my office. He is on sack for one week for being a miserable, moaning, ignorant [edited by admin].

I want positive people in my company who will serve my customers well, grow the business and be a good example.

See what I mean, drivers get too greedy. £510 a week, I mean calculate this... thats like £25,000 per year

thats GROSS of course as they are self-employed, after tax and NI thats less than £19K, and you have them doing 12 hour shifts 6 days a week?= less than £5/hr

The batteries on his calculator weren't working Wannbe, they don't take into account the fact that when it's broken down they aren't earning the minimum wage.

but he still wants his £350 a week, same as when they dare ask for a holiday, ive heard that one "yes, you still pay or the car (or radio) will not be here for you when you get back"

its all cash business, and ontop they get benefits? I know how these guys work...

Well you should aswell as you guys as drivers would do this aswell, so if your taking home £20k a year, you will show your only doing £10k and then rinse out the benefits... thats how these drivers become lazy, where as people like myself have to work out ass's off and pay the bills, the big lump tax bill and then left with a very low amount... get me?

OK... I will bite... do your drivers have a voice.... and if they disagree with you.... do they still work for you..and how many are receiving benefits
