Most councils have their grasses / informants who ring their hotline to tell them the latest news so nothing new there

My question to you TT is would you report your own brother if he flouted any of the conditions you ask about?

I have no brothers genetically ......................but if i had and he was Driving uninsured or guilty of any of the above ..............YES of course its called civil responsibility mind i have a word in his lugole first :D
