the other worry is do i or do i not let my insurance co know as if you dont with in 24hrs you can void yer insurance

as far as im concerned nothing happened there may or may not of been a close call but i cant go informing my insurance co on every near miss or not or one persons word against another persons.

you could take the offensive and pop into the police to report what occurred

then you would be seen to be upfront

did they leave details when they rang your base?

ive got it on private viewing only.

i will edit the video out of my post can anyone else with a link in their posts do the same .

dont know whats going to happen but its a worry that such minor issues can lead to such stress and worry and eventually possible financial issues.
i must say it does have me questioning what i am doing, the anger and vitriol you receive in this job is disturbing.you really are looked upon as a piece of dirt.

thanks for help.

Remember that if they decide to sue you for causing them injuries, it wont be you that has to pay any money, it will be your insurers. So don't go worrying about it.

will it? if he has Public liability yes, if not will his insurers cover non-passengers?

of course it does. If you hit another car the other driver is a non passenger. If you hit a cyclist they are a non passenger. If you hit a pedestrian they are a non passenger. All are covered by your 3rd party insurance.

You getting some so bad advice on here.......If you did not hit them...then just say you were not involved in a accident and that they are making a fraudulent claim it is up to them to prove something happened...not you..

Once you get involved with it your admitting to something...... say nothing cause nothing happened.Don't give your office a inch or else they'll be wanting you to apologise and then your admitting guilt.
