They are not signatories to the Geneva convention. We are.
Beheading is not illegal in some countries. The manner in which these ISIS People do it would though be considered to be illegal and barbaric by most civilised people.

ISIS had already upset Russia and France but I think they may regret upsetting China, who have more men under arms than the rest of the world combined and are not afraid to use them....

On the same vein, the Israeli's are very quiet and where are the French Foreign legion - I wouldnt upset them either
