All Councils should include "It is a criminal offence not to pay the full fare at the end of the journey"

Does anybody seriously think scumbags are going to not do a runner because of a sticker telling them it's against the law?, do you really think that the distinction between criminal and civil law will make them pause to consider there actions once they have p!ssed all there money away and there facing a 5 mile walk home?

Think you should take time to read and absorb what it states.
It clearly informs a Police Officer that not to pay the FULL fare at the end of the journey that a criminal offence has been committed and consequently they have to do something about it.

It works here. for the last 10 years...and I passed it over to Manchester 7 years ago
