Fed up telling our drivers they're earning less than minimum wage - 'Don't care, done £100 today' - forgetting they've worked 10 hours and spent £40 in expenses and fuel.
They don't mind earning less because of the flexibility to work when they want, but the 10 hours they do would cover the same times as a 'normal' 9-5 job !!
