Ya know we all hate sitting for ages outside peoples houses/pubs etc waiting for them to come out -

2 process your vehicle license application you have to sit in a queue and get called to a desk marked cashless then after processing forms are told you can't pay at that desk and have to queue again for another member of staff to come down and call you to another desk where payment can be taken
