Grandad... question ..... have the council advertised the same fare increase as was agreed that the council meeting..... if they haven't... it is illegal for them to implement it....
and the easiest way of stopping it... is simply get the local paper to point it out...

They have advertised 2 different increases. One in the papers and the other to drivers and on their website.
